Hi, I'm Sabrina

My lineage is rooted in village medicine healers, and my work is grounded in the lineages of Somatic Experiencing® (Advanced), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Ayurvedic Energy Medicine, and Taoist Chinese Medicine.

Before this work, I spent over 15 years as a Project Manager, building strategy and structure. That background still shapes how I work today: bringing a grounded, precise map to the nervous system, subconscious, and energetic body.

I believe the deeper work is learning to stay connected to your own body, knowing, and power while being deeply present with another person.

So you can sense what is yours and what is theirs, trust your intuition without merging, and become a clearer channel for the work you are here to do.

Transformation isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen on a timeline. Our time together will match the pace of your unfolding, and is tailored to meet your needs. For some clients this means one month of powerfully catalyzing sessions, and for others this means a year of rich, in-depth support. Most people find that 3-6 months is exactly what they need to traverse transformations like the transition to a new career, loss, a healing journey, relationship change, or recovering from burnout, for example.
