Hi , I'm Sabrina

I'm a Somatic Experiencing® Therapist and Eastern Energy Medicine Practitioner (Vedic Shamanism, Soul Retrieval, Chinese Taoist Medicine for Women's Nervous Systems). I come from an ancestral lineage is of village medicine healers. I have also studied Clinical Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Ayurvedic Energy Medicine, Qi Gong and Taoist Chinese Medicine for over a decade.

Prior to this work, I spent over two decades as a Technical Project Manger. This background means I work with a grounded, clear precision. My work is for people ready to go DEEP to clear the past and create their luminous future.

I help women with codependent, perfectionist and people-pleasing thinking to stop feeling anxious and stuck so they can improve their relationships with family, partners and most importantly: with yourself using body and nervous system based coaching and energy training.
