What is Somatic Experiencing®?
Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma and restoring nervous system health. Rather than talking through the past, it works by helping you tune into the physical sensations in your body, releasing stored tension and completing what was once interrupted. The result is a deep felt sense of safety, ease, and aliveness that opens the door to genuine transformation.
What is Energy Intuitive Healing?
Energy Intuitive Healing works with the energetic layer of your experience, the patterns, imprints, and conditioning stored in your energy field that quietly shape your choices and your life. Combined with somatic work, it allows us to clear what is held at the deepest root so that lasting change becomes not just possible but natural.
Is this therapy or coaching?
It is both and neither. My approach combines clinical somatic therapy with energy intuitive healing and practical business support. It works across every layer of who you are at once, body, nervous system, energy field, subconscious, and soul.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are held online via Zoom so you can work with me from anywhere in the world.

What is your cancellation policy?
I offer reschedules through your booking confirmation link, so you always have flexibility. Sessions cannot be refunded and a no-show of more than 15 minutes will be considered complete and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
